[Skincare] Crystal Moist Hydra ION+ Moisturising Mineral Skincare Range

Join me to discover the newly launched skincare line from Korea, Crystal Moist. It is a brand new line of masstige skincare formulated and made in Korea is now available in Malaysia. Crystal Moist has introduced two skincare range which are Hydra ION+, for moisturizing and Bright ION+ for brightening that combine the properties unique to precious mineral complexes with the powerful nutrients of the Korean Deep Ocean Water.

Today I will be quick reviewing Crystal Moist Hydra ION+ Moisturising Mineral Skincare Range. The range is suitable for dry, normal, combination or oily skin (literally all skin types) and have been found to be gentle and non-irritating.

Rich in essential minerals, Korean Deep Ocean Water penetrates into skin, restoring moisture and comfort. It is boosted by the efficient moisturising factor of Hyaluronic Acid. Forming a hydrating veil on the skin’s surface, the skin is effectively primed to lock in water molecules, effectively soothing and moisturising dehydrated skin.

Derived from five fermented essential minerals, it replenishes essential trace elements for skin health, lifts skin’s vigour and revives energy from within. The skin now glows with supple moisture and healthy complexion.

Grown in subtropical zones such as Asia and Australia, the natural Lalang Grass Rhizome is extracted in France. It works together with Glycerin that acts as an efficient moisturising factor which brings about long-lasting hydration.

This is a gentle foaming cleanser that hydrates and soothes delicate skin with a Hydra-Clean Complex that adds extra moisture to skin during the cleansing experience. The skin is purified, balanced, moisturized and well prepared for active toning.

The bubble foam is very fine and soft. Although it has the common tightening finish after cleansing but surprisingly does not feel dry to me. This cleanser is very gentle for my combination skin, not causing any irritation and it is also cleanse off dirt easily, leaving my skin feeling soft and supple.

This range has two types of facial toner that come in different texture and for different skin type. The Lustrous one is a luxurious essence designed to nourish and hydrate dry skin. It actively restores skin’s moisture and replenishes skin’s daily needs with a “mineral spa” formulation. Enriched with Rice Ferment Filtrate and Moss Roses extract this toner will hydrate, soothe and smoothen skin.

The texture is light water-gel consistency, absorb very quickly and does not leave any sticky residue at all. Surprisingly the finishing is very fresh. Personally, I think is this Lustrous toner is especially good for night use if you're sleeping in the air-conditioned room. Even though my skin is combination skin but it does not make my skin feel oily or greasy; my skin feels supple and soft the next morning.

The Balancing toner perfectly preserves the moisture balance in normal to oily skin by providing minerals to rehydrate and comfort. Enriched with Trehalose, it helps to retain the natural structure of skin by protecting skin from dryness. Continuous application refreshes and refines cleansed skin for a crystal-moist complexion.

Lightweight, absorbs quickly, fresh and moisturizing are my concluding thoughts on this toner. The texture is like the common lotion / toner consistency, just like water. I love to use this for day time and as makeup base before doing my makeup. Also I love to use this as an emergency mask, generously pouring on cotton sheets and then layer it on to my face and leaving it on my skin for about 5 to 8 mins.

A highly absorbable essence milk that hydrates and balances skin. It activates skin’s moisture retention capacity to promote finer and smoother skin texture. It contains an added blend of Agave Tequilana Leaf extract that keeps skin perfectly moisturised.

This range also has two types of essence, normal and milk version. This face essence milk is very moisturizing but the texture is my favorite. Although the texture is milky but it is still very lightweight and watery, not giving any oily or greasy feeling at all. This essence milk absorbs easily by simply massaging on your face, leaving behind a nice fresh finish.

A silky soft essence that keeps skin supple and soft while densely restoring moisture to skin with Korean Deep Ocean Mineral Water. The Moss Roses extract soothes skin to unveil crystal-moist complexion. Continuous application perfectly hydrates skin to crystal-moist complexion.

The texture of this essence is just only slightly thicker than the balancing toner. Comparing with essence milk, this type is even more fresher (obviously!) but my personal thoughts about this essence give a tackier finish compared to the essence milk. One and a half pumps are more than enough to moisturize my big face.

This is a light and nourishing eye concentrate to soothe dryness and tautness around your eye area. Gently massage it around your eye area to relief signs of fatigue and lightens dark circles for radiant.

My eyes will always tear whenever I have applied eye cream under my eyes area. Perhaps is kinda sensitive? No idea... But I am in love with this eye concentrate. First, let’s talk about the texture, it has a light gel consistency but once blended it turns watery, very very lightweight and freshen up my eyes instantly. Secondly is the performance. I only used this product three times but my eyes look significantly more awake. It has a slight cooling sensation right after application which can also help to fresh up my eyes in the morning. Thirdly is DOES NOT make my eyes tear! Love this product. :)

This is a light refreshing face gel that supplies long-lasting moisture to my skin, giving it a healthy glow. Enriched with Camellia Japonica Seed Oil, it delivers antioxidants to improve skin conditions. The Perfect-Hydration 24 Complex forms a protective layer on skin to reduce water loss.

There are two types of moisturizer, gel and cream type. Personally, this gel cream is recommended for combination to oily skin types or those who loves a fresher finish. Its gel texture turns into water texture during application. It feels so light as if you are wearing nothing on your skin.

A powerful deeply moisturizing cream that delivers intense and long-lasting hydration. It is made with 100% Macadamia Ternifolia Seed Oil that acts as a protective barrier on the skin to prevent moisture loss. The continuous application gives ultra smoothing and perfect hydration for your skin with crystal-moist complexion.

This Hydra ION+ Moisturising Face Cream is recommended for dry to combination skin. Personally I don’t really suggest oily skin type to use this as it may be too heavy for you. Or you can use this as a night cream if you're sleeping in the air-conditioned room. The finish of this face cream is still fresh, just not as fresh as the face gel version. The cream texture is very lightweight, absorbs quickly and very supple and soft.

This high-affinity facial mask created from the fiber TENCEL® (lyocell fibers), containing a vital moisturizing mineral essence with intense hydrating property for an intensive hydrating treatment. With Bird’s Nest extract to improve skin’s elasticity it fits well on your face contours to provide a crystal-moist complexion.

Look at the hydration comparison above, then you will understand why this is my favorite one. First of all, the liquid of this mask does not leave that tacky residue which is the key to winning my heart. I am never a fan of sheet mask mostly because of the liquid/serum inside tends to be too heavy for me to leave on. This mask is definitely not the same, so yea...welcome to my favorite list lol. Anyway, the result is also one of the factors, like what you can see the comparison above it really amazed me. This mask is suggested to be left on for about 10 to 15 minutes.
